Kahramaa's First Half Profit reach QR737 Million

Doha, July 13 (QNA) - Qatar Electricity and Water Company (Kahramaa) announced Monday its semi-annual results, which saw net profit rise to QR737 million. The growth is equivalent to a 2.9% increase compared to the first six months of 2014. Earnings per share for the first half of 2015 grew to QR6.87, from QR6.57 achieved during the same period of last year. Equity meanwhile is at QR6.891 billion, slightly higher from the QR6.187 billion achieved in the first six months of 2014. Kahramaa's share traded at 225 at the closing of today's session, up QR2.4 on the day. (QNA)
