Katara Cancels Eid Celebrations in Solidarity with Gaza

Doha, Katara cultural village has decided to cancel celebrations marking Eid Al-Fitr in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza strip and the poor conditions they are passing through due to the ongoing Israeli aggression against them. A press release Katara issued today said Katara while taking this step, is fully convinced that what is happening on the Palestinian people is reflected on everyone." The move came after restaurants of Katara and Aspire Zone decided to donate all revenues of tomorrow, Thursday, for the benefit of the people of Gaza who have been affected by the brutal Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the resulting destruction, rising in numbers of martyrs and wounded and the widespread destruction and damage everywhere.(QNA)
