Kuwait Deputy Speaker expresses support to Bahrain

Kuwait, June 30 (BNA): Kuwait National Assembly Deputy Speaker, Arab Parliament (AP) member Mubarak Al-Khurainej expressed full support to the Kingdom of Bahrain, backing all legal measures to maintain its security and stability. In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), he condemned internal and external statements and threats that seek to subvert Bahrain’s security and stability, slamming particularly "irresponsible Iranian statements which do not reflect good neighborliness or trust". Al-Khurainej said that he was honoured to be part of the AP delegation which met His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa in Bahrain. He pointed out that he conveyed to HM the King greetings from the Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, adding that he reiterated during the meeting the unwavering stance of Kuwait in support of Bahrain in confronting external threats and provocations.
