A number of sessions and workshops will be conducted at the forum to review the latest international standards of administrative professionals’ work, in addition to how the secretarial tasks are not only confined to receiving calls, managing emails and organising managers’ agenda, but also involve providing basic information, controlling communications within organisations and assist in decision-making. The forum will be attended by local and international experts in administrative professional work, who will share their accumulated experience and exchange ideas. “The first GLS Forum will highlight the role of administrative professionals to help decision-makers to ease burdens until organizations achieve their objectives.
