Law on Vocational Education Adopted

Pyongyang, August 7 (KCNA) -- The Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK recently adopted the law on vocational education. The law has five chapters with 46 articles which deal in detail with the main principles of the development of vocational education and the legal requirements to be observed in vocational education given by the institutions of vocational education and in vocational education at production sites. The law will serve as a legal guarantee of training practical talents conducive to making all the people well versed in science and technology and building an economic giant and of developing the vocational education as required by the reality and establishing the rigid system and order in vocational education. -0-
