Magnitude 5.1 Earthquake Jolts Tasikmalaya

Jakarta, Oct 31 (Antara) - An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter Scale jolted Tasikmalaya District, West Java, at 4.45 am local time, Thursday. The quake`s epicenter is located at 8.09 degrees southern latitude and 107.89 degrees eastern longitude, around 68 km southwest of Tasikmalaya, and at a depth of 20 km, according to the national meteorology, climatology and geophysics agency.
