Malaysian Prime Minister Inaugurates Custodian of Two Holy Mosques' Programs for Ramadan Iftar, Distributing Dates and Holy Quran

Kuala Lumpur, April 06, 2022, SPA -- Prime Minister of Malaysia Dato' Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob received in Putrajaya Saudi Ambassador to Malaysia Mahmoud bin Hussien Qattan. During the meeting, the programs of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Ramadan iftar (breaking fast), and distributing dates and copies of the Holy Quran were inaugurated. The programs are implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attaché at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift program for distributing dates aims to distribute 57 tons of dates to the Malaysian people. Also, more than 46,000 copies of the translation of the meanings of the Holy Quran in Malay from the publications of King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran will be distributed to mosques and non-governmental organizations throughout the country. The Malaysian Prime Minister extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's government for this gift. --SPA
