Mauritanian President Meets HE Foreign Minister

Nouakchott, July 29 (QNA) - President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, met here Wednesday with HE the Foreign Minister, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, who is on a visit to Mauritania. HE the Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Ould Abdel Aziz and His Highness wishes for the Mauritanian people to achieve further progress and prosperity. For his part, the Mauritanian President entrusted HE Al Attiyah to convey his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing him the best of health and happiness and further progress and prosperity to the State of Qatar. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest.(QNA)
