Minister of Culture Meets Lebanese Counterpart

Doha, January 07 (QNA) - HE Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad Abdulaziz Al Kuwari met here on Wednesday with Lebanese Minister of Culture Remon Araiji, currently visiting Doha to participate in the opening of the Doha International Book Fair and attend its associated cultural program. The Lebanese minister praised the preparations of the Ministry of Culture to mark the fair's Silver Jubilee. During the meeting, the two ministers discussed bilateral relations and means to boost cultural cooperation between the two countries. Lebanon is actively participating in the Doha Book Fair with a large number of publishers and thousands of titles in different languages and in various disciplines. (QNA)
