Minister of Culture Meets Turkish Delegation

Doha, December 21 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al-Kuwari met here today with Turkish Ambassador to Qatar Ahmet Demirok and a delegation from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. During the meeting the two sides discussed preparations for the Cultural Year Qatar-Turkey 2015 and studies the proposed agenda of activities. The ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage represented by (Qatar Museums Authority and official cultural organizations in Turkey are undertaking the coordination of a general cultural year at the level of the close relations between the two brotherly countries. Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Omer Celik will pay a visit to Qatar late in January and will be accompanied by a Turkish artistic troupe to launch cultural activities between the two countries.(QNA)
