Doha, September 23 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah met Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia to Qatar Noor Mohammad Julov. During the meeting, they discussed topics of common interest. (QNA)
