Ministry to cooperate with Gold Producers Association

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Ministry of Environments and Green Development Saturday signed a deal with the Gold Producers’ Association of Mongolia. The memorandum of understanding, a part of further cooperation aimed at an enhanced public and private partnership, advises broadening cooperation between the Government and the private sector to implement long-term goals stated in Mongol Alt program the Mining Ministry has been developing. The memorandum was signed by D.Enkhbat, a department chairman at the Environments and Green Development Ministry, representing the Government, and T.Ganbold, a head of the Mongolian Gold Producers’ Association, representing the public sector. During a three year term of the memorandum, the sides will develop a detailed action plan after summarizing the cooperation achievements every year.
