Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Organizes Training Programme

Doha, December 22 (QNA) - The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs' Social Security Department started a training programme at the headquarters of the ministry entitled "The basic skills of beneficiary from the social and legal perspective ." Dr. Saud Al-Rashidi and Dr. Malif Al Rashidi will address the programme, which lasts until December 26, with the aim of enlightening the trainees about skills of dealing with the beneficiaries from the social and legal aspects. The training programme will discuss a number social and legal topics to enlighten the trainees about the definitions of self-concepts and the social problem, its causes components, and how find appropriate solutions to them. On the legal aspect, the programme will touch on the qualities and skills that must be found in the social researcher's character, the social researcher's relations with legal legislations and the key elements that must be provided in the social security system, in accordance with the legal perspective, as well as the clarification of the relationship between the social researcher and the beneficiary from the legal point of view. The Social Security Department is keen to organize courses and training programmes in order to improve the performance of the staff and to enhance their skills in the mechanism of dealing with the beneficiaries and to qualify them from a social and legal perspective.(QNA)
