MNA English unveils revamped website

TEHRAN, Dec.15 (MNA) — Mehr News Agency (MNA) English page has revamped its website to include its social network links in its homepage. MNA, active since June 22 2003 in news casting, now is accessible on the web through its revamped web page from October 27 2013. MNA revamped page is more attractive than the former page, attempts to give the reader the most important news stories especially on Iran in a glance. Among the new features are Mehr News social network page links, which are in line with the agency’s new policy to improve its face in social networks and its reach to larger audience. The new page displays Twitter, Facebook, and Google plus icons to formally announce its robust presence in social networks. However, these pages have been active since few months ago. Newsletter is another new feature of the new page. Users can subscribe to receive important news stories via email up to 10 news items daily. Our mobile version has been developed and its Android version will be developed soon. Other parts of the homepage features, ‘Beauties of Iran’ and ‘Iran Technology’ are designed specifically to target unique users’ interests.
