MoE publishes academic calendar 2015/2016

Manama, Aug. 27 (BNA): Ministry of Education (MoE) has published the academic calendar for the new academic year 2015/2016. According to the calendar, the schools’ administrative and educational staff will resume on the first of September, while students, including those of continuous education centres, will join school on the sixth of the same month. The guide provides the dates of exams, registration and school holidays. It also includes the most prominent events dates and procedures related to the educational process in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It includes statistics pertaining to the new school year, showing that the number of school days is 196 days, including 92 in the first semester and 104 in the second semester.
