MoH recommends pre-hajj vaccinations

Manama, Aug. 2 (BNA): The Ministry of Health (MoH) urged all citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain who would like to travel to the Holy Al-Kaaba Mosque in Makkah Al-Mukarramah during the Hajj pilgrimage season 1436H to obtain the necessary vaccinations. Information and services are available at the local health centres (HCs). The ministry has always been keen on providing all recommended immunization in sufficient quantities each and every year for hajj pilgrims, including vaccination for communicable diseases to prevent endemics and to ensure pilgrims are capable of performing their rituals in healthy condition.
