MONGOLIA AND CERN TO COOPERATE IN HIGH ENERGY PHYSICS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Government of Mongolia on Monday signed the Agreement on a development of scientific and technological cooperation in high energy physics with CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research). The document was inked by L.Gantomor, the Minister of Education and Sciences, and by the head of International Relations of CERN R.Voss. As the sides suppose, the document will give impetus to fundamental researches of high energy physics and sciences-and-technology development of our country, and will facilitate our scholars, engineers and technological personnel with a long-term involvement in the CERN researches.
