MONGOLIA JOINS GGGI

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassador of Mongolia to South Korea B.Ganbold handed over a note on endorsement of an agreement on Mongolia's joining the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) to its General Yvo De Boer on June 20. Mr De Boer noted Mongolia’s active cooperation with the GGGI since 2011 and expressed a confidence that Mongolia will make its contribution to the solution of environmental issues the world is currently confronted with. Mr Ganbold confirmed that parliament of Mongolia adopted "Green development principles and mid-term program", and is interested in cooperating with GGGI in implementing joint projects and researches in areas of environment-friendly transport, energy and construction.
