Mongolia mineral exploration round up 2014 to run

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The sixth International Geological Forum "Mongolia exploration round up 2014 is planned to run on March 20-22. The event will take place at the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Ulaanbaatar. The 6th International Geological Forum serves as a platform for presentation and discussion of geology, stratigraphy, tectonics, magmatism, metalogeny of mineral resources, exploration methods and results, hydrogeology and geo-ecological issues in the nation. The forum program includes opening ceremony, sessions for oral presentations and special lectures, a welcome dinner, exhibition of minerals, rocks, fauns and photos, brief workshop on Geological mapping and mineral exploration, and a hiking to the Tsetsee gun (the peak of Mt. Bogd Khaan). After the event, journals of Mongolian Geoscientist (in English) and "Khaiguulchin" (in Mongolian) will be published covering the outputs of scientific research and exploration results.
