More than 200 Chinese delegates to visit Russia’s culture, economy conference

UFA, September 15. /TASS/. More than 200 delegates from China will take part in a conference of economy and culture of China’s Jiangxi province in Russia’s city of Ufa (capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan) due to be held on November 5-6, region’s official said on Tuesday. "Negotiations in the business-to-business (B2B) format are planned for the Jiangxi and Bashkiria regions’ ventures," officials said. "More than 200 official representatives from China are expected to visit exhibitions, business and culture events." The Republic of Bashkortostan has close cooperation ties with Chinese authorities and businessmen. In 2014 in Shanghai the agreement on trade, economy, culture and science collaboration was signed. Chinese Zhong Ge Trading Group has invested in large-scale project of international trade center in Ufa. There are many investment projects, conducted by the two sides, including the construction of a joint international business and shopping mall. Last November the 2.5 billion roubles ($37 million) contract for the supply of honey between Bashkir Beekeeping and Apitherapy Research Center and Zhong Ge Trading Group was signed, 12,500 tonnes will be delivered.
