More Remains of Martyrs Buried at Cemetery

Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- More remains of martyrs who devoted their lives to the accomplishment of the cause of building a socialist powerful nation were buried at the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri. Kim Yon Ju who was a general officer of the Korean People's Army (KPA) was loyal to the cause of the Party at the first-line post of defending the leader and the country till the last moment of his life. Pyon Chang Bok, twice labor hero, left a clear trace in the memory of the country and the people as she had thoroughly implemented the Party's agricultural policy in the van under the loving care of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il. Ok Pong Rin who was a senior official at Kim Il Sung University of Politics fulfilled his duty in training competent political officials by devoting all his energy and wisdom. Ri Pyong Do who was an officer of the KPA contributed to developing the KPA into an elite revolutionary armed forces. The ceremony for burying remains of the martyrs took place at the cemetery on Friday. Speakers said at the ceremony that thanks to the love of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, who is taking care of the destinies of the revolutionary soldiers, the feats and lives of the martyrs are alive forever, The participants laid wreaths and bouquets at the graves of the martyrs and observed a moment's silence in memory of the martyrs. -0-
