M'sian Prime Minister Leaves For Myanmar

KUALA LUMPUR, March 28 (Bernama) -- Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak (left) has left for a two-day official visit to Myanmar. The special aircraft carrying the prime minister and wife Rosmah Mansor took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 1.20pm. The visit aims to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries. This is Najib's first visit to Myanmar since becoming the prime minister in April 2009. Najib is expected to have a packed programme in the Myanmar capital, Naypyidaw, where he is scheduled to meet Myanmar President U Thein Sein. (photoBERNAMA) MALAYSIA
