National Guard President hails the JPSF's role

Manama, July 27 (BNA): The National Guard (NG)'s President His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa received the Commander of the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces (JPSF)'s, Major-General Hassan bin Hamza Al-Shehhari. Welcoming the JPSF's Commander and his accompanying delegation, His Highness commended the role of the JPSF in boosting cooperation and coordination between the armed forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. His Highness said the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces constitute the invincible barrier in the face of all imminent challenges facing GCC countries and a genuine translation of common destiny. The National Guard's Director of Staff, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa attended the meeting.
