New Book Documents Manifestations of Unjust Siege on Qatar

Doha, July 03 (QNA) - A new book entitled "A Year of Stability and Victory...Articles and Interviews in the Face of the Siege" for Editor In-chief of the Qatari English daily The Peninsula documented the most important manifestations of the unjust siege imposed on the State of Qatar. The book, published in both Arabic and English, explained how the siege turned from a plight into a grant that the State of Qatar and its people exploited to achieve economic independence, diversify resources and create global partnerships at all levels. The book includes a collection of articles related to the siege, in addition to a number of interviews conducted by the author with a number of officials. It also includes the most important economic, social and political effects of the unjust siege imposed on Qatar since its beginning until now. Moreover, the author presented in the chapters of his book the level of the moral inferiority reached by the siege countries media which exceeded the professional norms. (QNA)
