New Embroideries Developed

Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Embroidery Institute in the DPRK has developed new embroideries to better the formative art of embroidery pieces. Among them is the one which adds 3D effects to embroidery pieces, while preserving well their formative characters and further improving pictorial vividness. The other one is new double-faced embroidery for different objects with different colors, which is characterized by beautiful and delicate representation and peculiar craftsmanship as well as high artistic quality. And sweet-smelling technology, which heightens the appreciative effect of embroidery pieces, and advanced fade-proof technology based on nano-compound solution are highly appraised by experts and fans. New machine embroideries are also conducive to improving the pictorial representation. -0-
