New Poster for People's Art Festival Produced

Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- A poster has been produced for the first people's art festival to be held to celebrate the Day of the Shining Star, the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il. Depicted at the upper part of the poster is the grandiose appearance of snow-capped Jong Il Peak in the historical sacred place where the Chairman was born as the Shining Star of Mt Paektu. Seen at the middle part is the music of the popular ode "Shine, Jong Il Peak" with the emblem of the festival. The lower part has letters reading "The First People's Art Festival for Celebrating the Day of the Shining Star" with the festival period. -0-
