New Thai PM orders ministers to recruit capable teams

BANGKOK, September 2 (TNA) - Newly-appointed Thai Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha, who is also Army and National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) Chief, has instructed ministers in his new Cabinet to recruit knowledgeable and capable persons in their teams to efficiently assist their work. General Prayuth made the order when chairing the 13th NCPO meeting at the Royal Thai Army headquarters in Bangkok on Tuesday. General Prayuth pointed out that knowledgeable and capable teams would support their work so that it could be achieved by next year. Regarding about 6,000 candidates who are vying for their seats in the National Reform Council (NRC), the new Thai prime minister pledged that only knowledgeable and capable applicants would be chosen by the junta and their selection would be fair.(TNA)
