NGOs merely execute orders of their patrons, says top Azerbaijani official

Baku, Azerbaijan, July 2 Trend: Today, the notion of international law is something that can only be found in statements and certain documents, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department Novruz Mammadov tweeted July 2. “NGOs are one of the actors fulfilling a mission of international law in international relations.
