NHRC Chairman Meets German MP

Doha, May 27 (QNA) - National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) Chairman Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al-Marri on Wednesday met German Member of Parliament, Jurgen Trittin, in the presence of NHRC Secretary General Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah. During the meeting, the two sides discussed mechanisms of extending bridges of cooperation in issues of mutual concern and working to transfer human rights-related experiences and expertise. (QNA)
