No Agenda Set For Talks With S'pore PM - Mahathir

KUALA LUMPUR, May 17 (Bernama) – No topics have been set for the discussions with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong who is scheduled to call on Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Saturday. “We have not picked any subject but we will have discussions, and if he raises any issue, we will discuss it. “But, at the moment, I’m still trying to figure out our stand with regard to certain issues, which is not finalised yet. I cannot tell you what I am going to discuss,” he told a press conference after chairing a meeting of the Pakatan Harapan Presidential Council here Thursday. Lee had said that Singapore needed to pay close attention to its closest neighbour for mutual benefit. He said Singapore and Malaysia completed several major projects, including the Second Link at Tuas, when Dr Mahathir was the prime minister of Malaysia from 1981 to 2003. -- BERNAMA
