No Country Can Deprive Foreign Students Of Higher Education: Dy FM

Tehran, May 20, IRNA – It is not acceptable for any country to deprive foreign students of higher education, Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular, Iranian expatriates and parliamentary affairs Hassan Qashqavi said Monday. Qashqavi said that the right to higher education is an inalienable right of all human beings. Addressing a gathering of non-Iranian university graduates from all universities across the country, Qashqavi said Iran’s doors are open to foreign students and has no limit to admit them in its universities. He voiced Tehran’s readiness to sign agreements on scientific and cultural cooperation with all countries having diplomatic relations with Iran./end
