NOBEL LAUREATES TO LECTURE AT SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE 'NEUROSCIENCE IN THE 21ST CENTURY'

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Under the auspices of the President of Mongolia, the Office of the President plans to organize a series of lectures every year by inviting Nobel laureates, with a purpose to support scientific development and strengthen national security. Accordingly, the first conference of Nobel laureates will be held under the topic ‘Neuroscience in the 21st century’ on September 23-24 at the State House. Neuroscientist, Noble laureate, PhD Edvard Moser, President of the International Brain Research Organization Pierre Magistretti, and Editor-in-Chief of ‘Neuroscience’ international scientific journal Juan Lerma will attend as keynote speakers of the conference. Additionally, scientists and doctors specialized in neuroscience from Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Russia and China will lecture at the conference. At the honorary lecture to be taken place on September 24, Mr. Edvard Moser, Mr. Pierre Magistretti and Mr.Juan Lerma will give lectures themed ‘Human intelligence and scientific discoveries’, ‘Human intelligence and evolution of human brain’ and ‘Neuroscience-the leading science in the 21st century’ respectively.
