Number of crimes goes up

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At a national level, 10 thousand and 803 crimes were registered in the first five months of this year, reflecting an increase of 1,190 crimes or 12.4 per cent against the previous year. The number of crimes grew up due to the increases in crimes against right of ownership (781), against human life and health or physical well-being (410) compared to same period of the previous year. 3,687 people were injured and 481 people died due to these crimes. The number of injured went up by 148 people or 4.2 per cent and the number of deaths increased by 25 or 5.5 per cent against the previous year.
