OTOP Select opens at Don Mueang Airport

BANGKOK, April 13 (TNA) - After successful operations of OTOP Select at two airports, the Business Development Department has opened its third shop at Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport, said Kulanee Issadisai, director-general of the department. The third OTOP Select has been opened on the third floor of Don Mueang International Airport on Tuesday, said Mrs. Kulanee, adding that the store offers a total of 186 products from 64 communities. It is believed that sales there would be as good as two international airports which have been operated earlier, she said. More than 37 million passengers used Don Mueang International Airport in 2017. The first OTOP Select has been opened at Suvarnabhumi International Airport in 2014 while second shop is launched at Phuket International Airport in 2016. Combined sales at the two airport are approximately 324 million baht to date. (TNA)
