OUR ICE SCULPTOR MASTERS WIN BRONZE MEDAL IN INT'L FESTIVAL

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia's ice carvers have won a bronze medal in the 27th International Ice and Snow Festival opened on January 5. Orgabnized in Harbin, China. Harbin, the Festival has attracted over 80 creative artists from 12 countries. Mongolian ice sculpture masters took third place in the category of ice with a sculpture named "Jirgee" and the 5th place in the category of snow with a sculpture "Setgekhuin mori". As the team results, they have grabbed a bronze medal. First places have been taken by sculptor masters from Russia and China. Harbin International Ice festival is annual event, and it was founded in 1985. It has become one of the largest ice and snow festivals in the world, alongside Japan's Sapporo Snow Festival, Canada's Quebec City Winter Carnival, and Norway Ski Festival. Ch.Enkhtuya
