Over Four Tons Of Drugs Seized In Isfahan In Six Months

Isfahan, Oct 8, IRNA – Some 4,413 kg narcotic drugs were seized in Isfahan Province in the past six months of the current Iranian calendar year of 1391. Head of the Secretariat of Isfahan Drugs Campaign Coordination Council, Nabiollah Shahmohammadi, told IRNA on Sunday that in the preceding period last year, 1,178 kg drugs were nabbed in Isfahan. He added that the drug seizure in the past six months of this year showed 275 percent increase compared to the figure in the preceding period last year./end
