PASHA Bank holds business forum on Azerbaijani financial market in London

Baku, January 28, AzerTAc Pasha Bank has held a business forum entitled "The financial market of Azerbaijan: the forecast for 2015" in London. According to the bank, speakers in the event included the British Prime Ministerial Trade Envoy to Azerbaijan, and representatives of the Azerbaijan State Securities Committee, Pasha Bank, SWIFT and other companies. The event featured discussions on the international development and prospects of Azerbaijan's banking sector and local market, the strengthening of trade relations with European countries, promising areas for investment in Azerbaijan as one of the economically most attractive countries in the Eurasian continent. According to Taleh Kazimov, Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Pasha Bank, discussions held as part of the business forum allowed to exchange views on the current state of the financial and banking system of Azerbaijan and learn vectors of its future development. "I am confident that, this will have a positive impact on the mood of foreign investors and the development of the capital market of Azerbaijan,” Mr Kazimov said.
