Peace summit leaves legacy of peace to future generations

TEHRAN, Sep. 13 (MNA) – South Korea to host an international summit on peace with international politicians, religious leaders, women’s and youth leaders attending the World Alliance of Religions’ Peace Summit 2014. The World Peace Delegation of Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), made up of the chairman, Mr. Man Hee Lee, and the chairwoman of the International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG), along with representatives of the International Peace Youth Group (IPYG) have begun paving the way to a peaceful future for our world. The World Alliance of Religions’ Peace Summit is set to take place over two days (17 - 18 September 2014), with a press-conference preceding it (16 September) and the largest display of coordinated youth action for peace - the IPYG Walk for World Peace and Restoration 2014 - taking place on 19 September. Chairman of HWPL, Man Hee Lee, has also issued a message ahead of the summit in which he has called on all people of the world to work for peace. “We, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light, would like to invite all family members of the global village to the World Alliance of Religions' Peace Summit—a true festival of God.” He has also invited all those who are not able to attend the event, to “pay close attention to the proceedings—send your hearts to be with us; watch and listen to what is happening, even from wherever you are.” “We also ask you to keep us in your prayers so that all wars will come to an end, and that peace would be achieved,” the message reads.
