PM visits royal projects in Thai North

CHIANG MAI, THAILAND, February 17 (TNA) - Thai Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-ocha is visiting the northern resort Chiang Mai Province on Tuesday to chair a meeting of a panel tasked with coordinating and supporting royal development projects. At the royal development projects coordinative and supportive committee meeting, the prime minister acknowledged the results of and sponsorships for such projects. The prime minister is also scheduled to visit a military base in Ban Norlae near the Thai-Myanmar border and a demonstration strawberry plantation of hill tribe people. (TNA)
