The two suspects who were shot to death while at a coffees shop on a road side in Tulungagung are believed to be members of a terrorist group operating in Poso, Central Sulawesi. Unggung Cahyono said the two were found carrying revolvers and a self-made bombs kept in their backpacks. "The two are suspected terrorists from Poso. Densus has monitored their presence in Tulungagung since three days ago before arresting them at around 8.45 this morning," he said. The four terrorist suspects are known by their identities as Dayat, Riza, Mugi Hartanto, serta Sapari. The two terrorist suspects who were shot in a close range died on the scene and their bodies had been taken to Bhayangkara police hospital in Kediri, East Java. The other two who are alive were immediately taken to the East Java Police Headquarters but according to latest information they had been taken back to Tulungagung for the development of the case. They only heard shots three to four times and later knew two people had died. "I only heard shots and later saw two men seized and two others dead," Suroso, one of the witness said on the scene. The same testimony was also given by Suyadi and Hartono, two pedicab drivers stationing at a location not far away from the scene.
