Polish Ambassador visits Azerbaijan University of Languages

Baku, April 13, AZERTAC The newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland Marek Calka has visited the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) to meet its rector Samad Seyidov. Mr. Seyidov congratulated the Ambassador with the beginning of his diplomatic activity and wished him success in his future mission. Highlighting the Azerbaijani-Polish relations, the rector noted successful cooperation between the two countries in the field of education. Mr. Seyidov informed the Ambassador about the University, adding the Polish language is also taught here. Mr. Calka in his turn expressed gratitude for sincere meeting. The diplomat praised teaching of the Polish language at the University, hailed the possibility of creating a number of opportunities for students who want to study at the Polish Universities. The sides had comprehensive exchange of views on prospects for cooperation, as well as the tutorial-student exchange.
