Premier Inspects Several Units in Sunchon

Sunchon, May 16 (KCNA) -- Premier Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, inspected several units in Sunchon City. In hearty response to the new strategic line set forth at the historic April Plenary Meeting of the WPK Central Committee, officials and workers at the Sunchon Cement Complex are now concentrating their efforts on putting the production processes on a modern and scientific basis of higher level while effecting a surge in production. A consultative meeting was convened on the spot to take steps for keeping the cement production going at a high rate through satisfactory supply of equipment and accessories of various kinds by the relevant units. Going round the site of project for the creation of C1 chemical industry and the Sunchon Phosphate Fertilizer Factory under construction, the premier discussed the detailed matters arising in ensuring the construction speed and the quality of structures at the best level and successfully building overall production processes. -0-
