Preparations for Next Year's Fruit Farming Finished in DPRK

Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- Fruit farms across the country have directed their efforts into preparations for next year's farming. Within the recent 20 odd days, they completed preparations for fruit trees to pass the winter. Officials and working people of the fruit farms have waged a campaign, in which one overtakes and learns from others, swapping experience with each other, to protect the fruit trees from the cold. On the basis of detailed study of the conditions of fruit trees, they have taken steps for protecting them, as specified in technical regulations. They are digging pits to fertilize soil for fruit trees. -0-
