President Gul Condoles With Rouhani On Plane Crash

Ankara, Aug 11, IRNA – Turkish President Abdullah Gul on Monday extended his condolences to the Iranian government and nation on the tragic death of a number of Iranians in a plane crash on Sunday. I was deeply moved by the news of the crash of the Iranian passenger plane, President Gul said in his message to President Hassan Rouhani. A plane, belonging to Sepahan Airlines, crashed due to engine shutdown shortly after taking off from Tehran Mehrabad International Airport on Sunday. 39 Iranian nationals were killed in the incident and 10 others were injured./end
