President Ilham Aliyev inspects course of construction works at new terminal building of Heydar Aliyev International Airport

Baku, December 3 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has inspected today the course of construction works at a new terminal building of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, ongoing capital repair in the facade of the existing terminal building as well as viewed new EVROCOPTER EC-135 helicopters. President of Azerbaijan Airlines Jahangir Asgarov briefed the Head of Strate on the ongoing works. He said the implementation of new terminal building complex would increase the level of passenger and cargo transportation service and bring the safety of flights into line with modern standards. President Aliyev gave relevant instructions and recommendations. Then, the Head of State viewed EVROCOPTER EC-135 helicopters. Jahangir Asgarov informed the Azerbaijani President about the technical parameters of the helicopters. He said the helicopters, to be used in rescue operations, had been provided with modern medical equipments. The Azerbaijani President viewed first aid helicopters.
