President Meets Pakistani Ambassador To Baghdad

BAGHDAD / NINA / President Fuad Masum confirmed the need for developing Iraqi-Pakistani relations in the field of combating terrorism. A presidential statement said, "Masum received, at his office in Baghdad today, the Pakistani Ambassador in Iraq, Muhammad Iftikhar Anjum, on the occasion of ending his tenure, stressing the importance of relations between the two countries, especially cooperation in the fight against terrorism, pointing to the need to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two peoples. " President praised the efforts made by Anjum in strengthening the relations between Iraq and Pakistan, wished him success in the next mission.
