President of Slovenia Meets Minister of Economy and Commerce

Doha, May 03 (QNA) - President of the Republic of Slovenia Borut Pahor met today with HE Qatar Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Thani, who is currently on a visit to Slovenia to attend the meetings of the first session of the Qatari-Slovenian joint committee on economic and commercial cooperation. A press release by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce said that they reviewed, during the meeting, bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing them along with aspects of joint cooperation, especially in economic, trade and investment areas. HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Thani also met with Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec, and Minister of Economic Development and Technology Zdravko Pocivalsek. During the meetings, they exchanged views and discussed aspects of cooperation to promote economic, trade and investment relations between the two countries. (QNA)
