Province runs seminar on climate change

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A seminar titled "Policy in climate change, response actions" ran Thursday in Sukhbaatar of Selenge aimag. The seminar was organized by a climate change dept. of the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Green development and funded from Adaptation Fund and UNDP project "Ecosystem-based Adaptation approach to Maintaining Water Security in Critical Water Catchments in Mongolia". The gathered were presented documents on climate change policy and an information on adaptation to the change and on reduction of its adverse impact, then they shared views on ways of followin the policy in localities. Present at the seminar were specialists from Bulgan, Darkhan-Uul, Orkhon, Tov and Selenge aimags.
