Putin believes Saudi Arabia not to lower oil price to its detriment

MOSCOW, April 17 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is sure Saudi Arabia will not lower the oil price to its own detriment in order to worsen the situation in Russia. "I do not think our Saudi friends will take steps for any sharp changes (of oil supply volumes to lower the price)," he said during the question-and-answer session on Thursday.
