Qatar’s Minister of Culture to Participate in G 77 Meeting

Paris, July 27 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari who is also Chairman of the 13the session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) arrived here today at the invitation of Chairperson of the Group of 77 and China (G 77) Cecilia Rebong to deliver a keynote address during the opening ceremony of the Group which will be held at the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as part of preparation for the UNCTAD 14th session. The Group of 77 and China aims to coordinate stances of third world countries towards the major economic, trade, social and cultural issues tabled to the international group at the United Nations and international organizations meetings and conferences.(QNA)
